Supplied products reliability comparison using degradation testing

Abstract : This article proposes a qualification methodology that allows to differentiate suppliers by monitoring their products during test phases, based on the statistical quality control approach. To ensure a better quality of estimation, Wiener increments are used as much as possible. Negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor tests are detailed as examples. Sample size and number of points appear to be strategic choices that should be considered as much as trial time optimization for a better reliability.
