Authors requiring further information regarding Elsevier's archiving and manuscript policies are encouraged to visit: This work establishes an experimental estimation of the full steady-state coverage of redox centers on self-assembled monolayers. The results demonstrate that the assessment of the full surface coverage and the adsorption kinetic from a Langmuir model impose drastic experimental conditions.
