Divisor arrangements and algebraic surfaces

We give a definition of arrangement of divisors on a surfacethat generalize the notion of arrangement of lines on the plane. To such an arrangement, we associate surfaces and we compute their Chern numbers. Using the arrangement of the 30 elliptic curves of the Fano surface of the Fermat cubic threefold, we obtain a surface with Chern ratio 2 26/27 .
